On further review, I've moved back to tagging a user instead of using a hashtag to identify links to tweet - this will more easily adapt for users with protected updates in the future, and I won't have to fight with anyone else over hashtag collisions.
Tag the user @twls to have your tweeted links posted to delicious.

To make things a bit easier to use, I've improved the parser - you no longer need to format your tweet in any way, you just have to tag it with #twitlicious, like so:
Check out this link to #google http://google.com #twitlicious

We have a working release out - if you are a registered user (currently with admin permission only), you can tag @twitlicious with your tweets, in the specified format, and they will get pushed into your del.icio.us bookmarks.
